Superman (2nd Series)
No. 5 Synopsis: This issue begins with Superman’s dream. After his first meeting with Wonder Woman during the Legends mini-series, he cannot get her off his mind. In his dream, he is battling giant robotic dogs. Suddenly, Wonder Woman flies in and helps him to defeat the dogs—they make a good team, knowing each other’s next move without words. Once the battle has ended, Wonder Woman goes to fly off, but not before Superman grabs her hand. Pulling her back to him, they stare at each other before Superman goes in for the kiss…only to awaken from his dream before their lips touch.

His gift to her? A mjolnir—as his way of saying “thank you.”

a section with Wonder Woman that ties in from WW 140 and 141. There are some
issues for Kal and Diana to face, after sharing a fantasy type dream induced by
Oblivion where they had fallen in love, gotten married, and were expecting a
child. Both appear to be trying to pretend it never happened but Diana cannot

there appears to be some residual feelings that cannot be repressed. When

Superman: Our Worlds at War : Secret Files and Origins #1 (Aug 2001) Synopsis: Although Wonder Woman appears on the cover, there is no story in this issue that contains her. She is only mentioned on a profile page for the “Allies of Earth.”
Superman: Secret Files and Origins (2005) Synopsis: Although this is really not an WW/SM story, there is an interesting Trinity parody in this issue. The first story, titled “Superman is Weak” tells about a class of young students that is doing a report on what they like about Superman. Of course, there has to be one that does not like Superman. One young boy is a Batman fan, and another is a Superman fan. And a young girl is friends with them both.
